Oakland Athletics starting pitcher Joey Estes showed tremendous grit - and talent - en route to his first Major League victory on Saturday afternoon. The 22-year-old shook off being hit with a Julio Rodriguez line drive in the first inning, allowing just one run on two hits while striking out five. "I worked my whole life to be able to say I got a [big league] win. It's definitely something I'm going to cherish," said Estes after the game.
