Kansas City Royals hurler Seth Lugo has been one of the best pitchers in MLB so far, and he continued his strong start to the 2024 campaign with another dominant outing on Sunday afternoon. In a road matchup with the Angels, the righty struck out a career-high 12 hitters as part of a 4-2 Royals victory. Lugo is just the fourth Royals pitcher with at least 12 strikeouts and zero walks in a start. He leads the League with eight quality starts through nine outings.
