Braxton Garrett was simply spectacular for the Miami Marlins on Friday night. The lefty dazzled with his first career Maddux, tossing a complete game shutout on just 95 pitches to lift Miami to a 3-0 road win over the Arizona Diamondbacks. Garrett joins Dontrelle Willis as the only southpaws in franchise history to record a complete game on fewer than 100 pitches. Sandy Alcantara was the last Marlins pitcher to achieve the feat (2019).
