It’s easy to overlook some Los Angeles Dodgers, considering how loaded they are, but catcher Will Smith is certainly holding his own. The 29-year-old enjoyed a nice Wednesday, collecting his first multi-homer game of 2024 as part of a three-hit outing. Smith’s go-ahead longball in the eighth inning, his second of the contest, was the 100th of his career. That made him only the fourth backstop in Club history with that many, joining Mike Piazza, Roy Campanella, and Steve Yeager.
