Torri Huske

Sunday was a day of redemption for swimmer Torri Huske. After missing a medal by 0.01 seconds in Japan three years ago, the 21-year-old was the star of the 100-meter butterfly final in Paris. Huske beat out fellow American Gretchen Walsh - the world record holder - by 0.04 seconds with a time of 55.59 to win gold. “I didn’t know how to process it,” said Huske. “It’s just very overwhelming when you’ve been dreaming of this moment for so long.”
