The Cincinnati Reds saw an immediate return after calling up 28-year-old prospect Levi Jordan on Monday night. The outfielder, making his MLB debut, chipped in with a sacrifice fly in the fourth inning. He would top that two frames later with a stand-up double to right field for his first career hit. “I’ve never really been in a situation where people cheered for me like that,” he said after the 11-5 win. “Worth some chills, for sure.”
