San Francisco Giants rookie sensation Tyler Fitzgerald’s home run tour made a stop in the nation’s capital on Monday. The Illinois native was at it again, belting yet another tater in the 4-1 win against the Washington Nationals. Make it 11 homers in his last 17 games, becoming the first Giants hitter since Barry Bonds (2003) to reach that plateau. Fitzgerald is just the fourth shortstop in AL and NL history (since 1901) to hit that many in that span.
