A calendar page turn to August looks like it was what Angels hurler Jack Kochanowicz needed. The Club’s number nine-ranked prospect tossed seven and 2/3 innings of two-run ball to pick up his first MLB win. Kochanowicz’s outing kept the Washington Nationals in check and helped his team get back in the win column. “I was just out there and felt more comfortable,” the 23-year-old said. “It’s the same stuff. I just have to trust myself and feel more comfortable as it goes.”
