Zebby Matthews

The Minnesota Twins certainly liked what they saw from their sixth-ranked prospect Zebby Matthews in his MLB debut. The towering six-foot-five hurler was in control throughout the showing, striking out five batters over five innings of work. The Twins offense gave the young pitcher good support, driving in 13 runs on the night. In the end, the combined efforts of Matthews and the offense were enough to win, 13-3.
