Carlos Sainz produced a dominant display to secure his second victory of the season – winning two races in one season for the first time in his Formula 1 career. The Spanish driver secured his 4th career victory at the FORMULA 1 GRAN PREMIO DE LA CIUDAD DE MÉXICO 2024 with a resounding win from pole position. He produced a calm and composed drive to hold off the competition and become only the third Scuderia Ferrari HP driver to win at the Autodromo Hermanos Rodriguez circuit. He now becomes a multi-race winner in a single season for the first time in his career. A huge victory for the Spaniard and Scuderia Ferrari HP, who have their eyes firmly set on the 2024 FIA Formula 1 Constructors’ World Championship.
