Chris Sale

It’s been a remarkable season for Chris Sale. The Atlanta Braves ace won the National League pitching Triple Crown, leading his respective League in ERA (2.38), wins (18) and strikeouts (225). In Sale’s first season with the Braves, he became the first pitcher in Club history to win the title. This is just the second time in the last century that pitchers in both the AL and the NL won the Triple Crown in the same season, with Tarik Skubal also accomplishing the feat for the Detroit Tigers.
