Gunnar Hoglund

Making his MLB debut in his home state of Florida, Athletics starter Gunnar Hoglund was dealing like he's been doing it for years. The 25-year-old carved up Marlins hitters over six innings, allowing just one run while walking none and striking out seven. He became the Club's first pitcher since 1943 to allow one run in six innings with zero walks in his debut.
