Washington Nationals outfielder Robert Hassell III racked up a couple career firsts in a 9-0 blowout win over the Seattle Mariners. The Club’s No. 11 prospect walloped the first home run of his young MLB career in the eighth inning, capping his first career three-hit game. “This is the best [home run of my career],” Hassell said. “It finally happened and I feel blessed.”
