Detroit Tigers ace starter Tarik Skubal put on a clinic in what was a 3-1 win against the Chicago Cubs. The southpaw kept the Cubs at bay with his seven and 2/3 innings of one-run ball and eight strikeouts. Skubal is the first pitcher with 90-plus punchouts and three or fewer walks allowed across his last 11 starts in at least the last 125 years.
