Philadelphia's Edmundo Sosa delivered an eye-popping offensive showing against Miami. The shortstop crushed three dingers and drove in five runs in a dominant 11-1 win against the Marlins, helping the Phillies set a single-game Club record for homers in a game (8). Sosa is also the first Phillies shortstop to go deep three times in a contest since at least 1901.
