Drew Rasmussen took matters into his own hands, flashing his strikeout repertoire for a career-high 13 in a 7-5 Tampa Bay Rays win. The right-hander went seven scoreless innings and allowed just two hits over Boston. Nine of Rasmussen’s 13 punchouts came against the top three Red Sox batters, who struck out in their first three plate appearances each.
