Konnor Griffin

Pittsburgh Pirates phenom Konnor Griffin wasn’t shy about using his speed in a 7-1 win over Washington. The leadoff hitter used his wheels right away in the opening frame, swiping second base after lacing a single to right field. Taking advantage of a double-steal attempt three batters later, Griffin recorded the Club’s first steal of home since 2024 (Andrew McCutchen).
