Pete Alonso

Pete Alonso added another chapter to his remarkable career with a game-changing knock, leading the Baltimore Orioles to a 7-5 win over New York. The former Mets star sent a 414-foot shot to left field for his 300th career home run, earning a curtain call from the crowd at Citi Field. “I just want to help the team win,” Alonso said. “No. 300, it’s a nice round number.”
