Starling Marte punctuated his career high five-hit day with a ninth-inning home run in the top of the inning to help seal the victory over the Miami Marlins. The last Pirates player to have at least five hits, four runs scored, and a homer was Neil Walker, who did it against the eventual World Series champion San Francisco Giants on July 8, 2012.
