JUNE 3, 2004 — Just four years after being drafted in the fourth round of the MLB Draft, Yadier impressed the Cardinals with two hits in his MLB debut. The 21-year-old catcher's solid performance helped lead the Cardinals to a 4-2 win over the division-rival Pirates.
