Before yesterday afternoon's matchup between the St. Louis Cardinals and the Chicago Cubs at Wrigley Field, the Cubs honored both Albert Pujols and Yadier Molina at what was slated to be their last appearance at the over 100-year-old ballpark. The cause for celebration was that this was very likely the last time either of these multi-time MLB All-Stars will grace Wrigley Field with their presence. Amazingly, the Cubs organization not only held the ceremony, but also made generous donations to each of the players' charities.
