Yadier Molina / Albert Pujols

Unfortunately for the St. Louis Cardinals, their 2022 Major League Baseball campaign came to its conclusion after their loss in Game 2 of the National League Wild Card Series to the Philadelphia Phillies. Before that, however, two incredible players notched hits in what could be the final at-bats of their respective careers: Albert Pujols and Yadier Molina. Both of these stars' possible final-career hits were singles and are memorable bookends to these incredible players' respective careers.
