Carlos Rodón / Dylan Cease

The Chicago White Sox completed the doubleheader sweep over the Detroit Tigers behind two masterful pitching performances from Carlos Rodón and Dylan Cease. Rodón got things started in game one as he tossed six innings of one-run ball and racked up a career-high 12 strikeouts. The lefty was dominant and now sits with a 4-0 record and a 0.72 ERA through the first month of the 2021 season. In game two, Cease led the charge with a seven-inning, complete-game shutout. The 25-year-old racked up nine batters over the course of his gem without issuing a single walk.
