After 17 months since shocking the Baseball world with a retirement announcement on June 13, 1994, Ryne Sandberg made his return to the Chicago Cubs. The 10-time MLB All-Star from Spokane, Washington, was not ready for the retirement lifestyle and missed donning the blue pinstripes under the bright lights at Wrigley Field. "The competition, the excitement, the challenge – that’s what I missed the most," said Sandberg.
