Corey Kluber

New YorkYankees starter Corey Kluber reached a pitching milestone during the bottom of third inning on Friday evening versus the Baltimore Orioles. The 10-year veteran got outfielder Cedric Mullins to wave at a fading changeup for the second out of the inning, but more importantly, for his 1,500th career strikeout. Kluber, a two-time Cy Young Award winner, had five consecutive seasons with 200-plus strikeouts from 2014-18, and has 41 whiffs in 41.1 innings this season.
