Adolis García・Trevor Rogers

Adolis Garcia and Trevor Rogers were named the Rookies of the Month for May on behalf of their spectacular contributions on the field. Adolis Garcia has become a human highlight reel and carried his outstanding April into the month of May. The 28-year-old spark plug clobbered 11 homers in May to lead all of MLB and drove in 27 runs which was good for second. Rogers has now won consecutive NL Rookie of the Month honors after his dominant April and May. Over the last 31 days, the 23-year-old southpaw posted a 2.34 era with 38 strikeouts over 34 and 2/3 innings of work for the Miami Marlins.
