Fernando Tatis Jr. becomes the first player in MLB history to hit two grand slams in the same inning. The Padres' star accomplished the feat on August 17, 2021, against the Texas Rangers at Globe Life Field. Tatis Jr. hit a 3-run homer off Ian Kennedy in the first inning, then followed it up with another 3-run shot off Kyle Gibson later in the same frame. The Padres went on to win the game 10-6.
