Pete Alonso and Francisco Lindor led the way for the New York Mets in the 13-4 rout of the Pittsburgh Pirates at Citi Field. The Big Apple's terrific tandem did the majority of their damage in the Mets 10-run sixth inning as both Alonso and Lindor left the yard and combined for seven RBI. The "Polar Bear" started the outburst with a three-run blast to right-center field. Francisco would then follow up with a towering grand slam to left-center field.
