Mitch Haniger

In the bottom of the eighth inning in the matchup between the Seattle Mariners and the Angels, Mitch Haniger stepped up to the plate with the bases loaded with the score tied, 3-3. The Mountain View, California, slugger connected on a 92-mph heater delivered from Jose Quintana and sent it over the left-center field wall for a go-ahead grand slam. Haniger's blast proved to be the deciding moment of the game as the Mariners would go on to win 7-3.
