Joey Gallo of the Texas Rangers hit his 50th career home run in a game against the Seattle Mariners on July 12, 2021. The milestone came in the form of a two-run homer off of Mariners reliever Wyatt Mills. Gallo became the 16th player in Rangers history to reach the 50-homer mark. The left-handed slugger has been a consistent power threat since joining the Rangers in 2017, and this home run marked a significant milestone in his career.
