Ray has now recorded 1,241 strikeouts through his first 1,000 career innings pitched, which marks the most in MLB history. The previous strikeouts record through 1,000 career innings was held by Yu Darvish with 1,222. Additionally, Robbie Joins Roger Clemens as the only pitchers in franchise history to fan 200-plus batters in 26 outings or less in a single season.
