Aaron Judge・Giancarlo Stanton

Trailing, 3-2, to the Boston Red Sox in the top of the eighth inning, Aaron Judge stepped up to bat with runners on second and third base. The Linden California, slugger smacked a pitch, delivered from Adam Ottavino, and sent it to the left-center-gap for a go-ahead, two-run double. The next batter, Giancarlo Stanton, connected on a hanging slider and sent it 448 feet with an exit velocity of 116.4 mph for a two-run blast, per Statcast. The Bronx Bombers one-two punch sealed the pivotal three-game sweep over Boston with this four-run, eighth-inning explosion.
