Xander Bogaerts helped pave way for the Boston Red Sox 14-6, ALDS game two victory over the Tampa Bay Rays with a historic performance on offense. The Oranjestad, Aruba, shortstop went 3-for-5 at the plate, scored two runs, hit a homer and recorded two RBI.With his blast, Bogaerts became the first Red Sox shortstop with multiple home runs in a single Postseason since Nomar Garciaparra in 1999.
