Travis d'Arnaud and Martín Maldonado became the first pair of teammates to each homer in a World Series game for the Atlanta Braves since Dusty Baker and Johnny Bench did it for the Reds in Game 7 of the 1976 Fall Classic. The Braves won Game 5 of the 2021 World Series by a score of 9-5.
