Framber Valdez

Houston Astros starting pitcher Framber Valdez was instrumental in his Club's 3-2, Game 2 of the ALCS victory over the New York Yankees last night. Specifically, Valdez took command of the mound for seven innings, over the course of which he allowed just four hits and two runs while collecting an astonishing nine strikeouts. As a result of this outstanding outing, Valdez was awarded the win as his Astros head into Game 3 of the ALCS with a two-game advantage.
