Turn Back the Clock

Oakland Athletics had one of the most exciting World Series performances of all time when they hammered the San Francisco Giants with a combined five home runs in Game 3. Dave Henderson led the pack, belting two home runs over the course of the contest, with home runs also struck by Jose Canseco, Tony Phillips, and Carney Lansford. The offensive broadside culminated in a 13-7 victory, and after winning Game 4 the next day, the Athletics were crowned World Series Champions.
