Jake Burger

Yesterday, Chicago White Sox rookie Jake Burger continued his explosive, at-the-plate streak by hitting the game-winning homer in his Club’s meeting with the Tampa Bay Rays. In the eighth inning, Burger was called in to pinch hit and promptly smashed a two-run homer for his fifth longball of his 2022 MLB campaign. Burger’s clutch home run handed his White Sox the victory, 3-2, and put an end to the Club’s four-game losing streak.
