At just 29 years old, Manny Machado's resume is already mind numbing, and after yesterday 19-5 San Diego Padres victory over the Chicago Cubs, he joined a very elite group. After notching an RBI-single in the first inning, Machado collected the 1,500th hit of his Major League Baseball career; additionally, he collected his 262nd home run after belting a two-run blast in the fifth inning. Incredibly, this makes him just the 17th player in MLB history to notch 1,500 hits and 250 home runs before his 30th birthday.
