After being acquired by the Colorado Rockies over the offseason, Kris Bryant has unfortunately been on and off the IL with back problems. Last night, however, he hit his much-anticipated first home run as a Colorado Rockies player in the sixth inning of a contest between his new Club and the Los Angeles Dodgers. Bryant belted this solo longball off Dodgers hurler Phil Bickford, and helped his Colorado Rockies shrink the deficit by a run. Unfortunately, Colorado took home a 5-2 loss, but Bryant's home run has the Club's fans excited for the future.
