Miguel Cabrera・Ken Griffey Jr.

Miguel Cabrera's penchant for breaking records and making historical passes on all-time lists shined brightly in last night's meeting between his Detroit Tigers and the Kansas City Royals. Incredibly, after notching the 1,837th and 1,838th RBI of his Major League Baseball career, courtesy of a sacrifice fly and a dribble, Cabrera passed hall-of-famer Ken Griffey Jr. to become tied with Ted Williams for 14th on the all-time RBI list. Despite going 0-for-3 on the day, Cabrera's clutch, two-RBI showing helped snap his Club's losing streak with a 7-5 victory.
