Colorado Rockies shortstop José Iglesias had a career night at the plate in Wednesday evening’s 10-6 victory over the San Diego Padres. The 11-year veteran drove in six runs, the highest mark ever for the infielder who is now hitting .305 in 73 games. The biggest hit of the night was Iglesias’ three-run homer off Padres reliever Nabil Crismatt in the bottom of the sixth inning, tying the contest 6-6, and giving his team the momentum to pull out the victory.
