Julio Rodriguez' rookie season has gone swimmingly so far, and as of last night's grand slam struck in a contest between his Seattle Mariners and the Texas Rangers, Rodriguez became the youngest Mariners player to hit a grand slam since Alex Rodriguez more than 20 years ago. The grand slam was belted in the eighth inning of the contest, off Rangers relief man José Leclerc. Rodriguez also picked up another RBI on the night, contributing significantly to his Club's 8-3 win.
