Making his Major League debut for a first-place Los Angeles Dodgers Club on Wednesday evening, designated hitter Miguel Vargas did all he could to help ensure his team another victory. The 22-year-old Cuban prospect was all smiles as he became just the second player in Dodgers history to record an extra-base hit (a second-inning RBI double) and record a stolen base, joining Jose Offerman, who did it in 1990.
