Miguel Vargas

Last night, the Los Angeles Dodgers battled the St. Louis Cardinals and walked away with a 6-2 victory. To make this late-season result even sweeter, it featured the first home run of Miguel Vargas' Major League Baseball career. In the second inning, Vargas increased his Club's lead to four runs after connecting with a pitch from Jordan Montgomery and sending it just over the left-center-field wall, scoring two. Vargas' first-career homer was belted in just his 12th MLB contest.
