After notching the 2,151st hit of his Major League Baseball career, Yadier Molina passed Hall-of-Famer Yogi Berra to become fifth on the all-time hits list for a catcher. This incredible feat was accomplished by Molina in last night’s contest between his St. Louis Cardinals and the Arizona Diamondbacks, after he drove a seventh-inning single right up the middle. Truly, Molina’s incredible career has been a spectacle, and his penchant for breaking long-established records continues to show its face.
