The history-making, milestone homer was struck in the sixth inning of last night's meeting between his Angels and the New York Yankees. Coupled with his 11 wins on the season so far, this cemented Ohtani as the first player in MLB history to record 10 or more wins and 30 home runs in a single season, a mind-numbing feat. Furthermore, the home run was impactful on the contest, and helped his Club walk away with a 3-2 victory.
