Twenty-one-year-old Washington Nationals rookie shortstop CJ Abrams has had a successful introductory season so far, but his performance in yesterday's 6-0 blanking of the St. Louis Cardinals might be his most memorable outing so far. Abrams, who went 4-for-5 and scored two runs, notched the very first four-hit game of his Major League Baseball career. The performance also included the notching of another first, his first MLB triple, a third-inning stand-up trip, after connecting with a pitch from Cardinals starter Jack Flaherty.
