The record, previously held by Troy Glaus with his six multi-home-run-contest campaign in 2000, is now shared with Ohtani. Furthermore, this incredible, multi-home-run performance, Ohtani's 12th of his MLB career, helped his Angels rout the Tigers, 10-0.
