Oswaldo Cabrera

During yesterday afternoon's meeting between his New York Yankees and the Tampa Bay Rays, Yankees outfielder Oswaldo Cabrera belted the very first home run of his Major League Baseball career. Less than one month after making his debut, the 23-year-old, Venezuela native sent a pitch from Rays hurler Calvin Faucher well over the right-field wall for his first MLB longball, scoring two runs for his Club. To make this moment even sweeter, Cabrera's homer came as part of his Club's comprehensive, 10-4 victory on the day.
