Brenton Doyle

Tuesday night was one of firsts for Colorado Rockies fresh-faced outfielder Brenton Doyle. The 24-year-old started his night off on the right foot, registering his first career hit in the top of the second inning with a single. When on base, Doyle must have thought to himself, “why not go for another milestone?” So, he did, stealing the first base of his Major League Baseball career. Believe it or not, he still wasn’t done setting personal achievements for himself. In the sixth inning, Doyle collected his first career RBI, capping off an outstanding day with three hits, two stolen bases, and one RBI in a 5-1 win over the Cleveland Guardians.
